Prepare early for your mid-term project
You are required to create and demo a mid-term project. Steps:
Form teams. Use this post to list your team: https://tqler.slack.com/files/jren/F12AU2Y3S/Class_2_teams. You can also directly edit it from Slack #tql101-class2 channel.
Review the mid-term project requirements
Select a demo time slot - we will use the regular class time, starting from the week of May 9, 16, 23, 30 (2-3 teams each week). The sign up mechanism will be provided once teams are formed.
Start working on it and get help if you need
Your mid-term project can be continued into your final project
Plan early for final project and competition
The final project and graduation criteria is here. Plan ahead.
The same project can be submitted for the TQLOne Competition at the end of July. All class members (1, 2,3 and local meetups) will be in the same competition. Awarding $7,500 to top 3. Find out more here.
Recommending someone for Class3
Class 3 is starting in mid-May with class size increased to 88
It will be announced this weekend. About 1/3 of the slots are already filled.
If you would like to recommend people, send me (Jane) a direct message or email. Please note they need to be qualified software engineers (because this training is for hands on IoT)
