TQLOne

TQLOne is a fast-track program to bring qualified software engineers and executives up to speed on TQL, so they become IoT development and execution leaders in their respective domains.

TQLOne is organized by classes.
TQL is a rapid Thing Application Stack provided by Atomiton.

The Program currently offers three different classes:

1. TQL IoT Engineering Class (TQL 101) – for selected software engineers

2. TQL IoT Technical Class (TQL 101C) – for software engineers and architects

3. TQL IoT Leadership Class (TQL 987E) – for IoT technical executives

Why TQLOne?

We believe:

  • Only hands-on experience will give real IoT skills and insights
  • Learning IoT is best achieved in communities, not alone
  • New thinking, new design and a new programming approach are required for IoT, and they are made possible by TQL

So we teach IoT through teaching TQL.

What will I learn from the classes?

TQL 101 and TQL 101C

Through the TQL101 Curriculum, you will gain hands-on experience in enterprise-grade IoT applications using TQL. The IoT application will involve sensors, devices, controllers, gateways and clouds.

You will learn the following aspects of IoT development through your hands-on experience:

  • Device communications
  • Device abstraction
  • IoT modeling
  • Event-driven applications
  • Request-response and subscriptions
  • Parallel programming
  • Distributed applications
  • Edge computing and edge analytics
  • IoT simulation

What is the difference between TQL101 and TQL101C?

  1. TQL101 requires participants to complete a hands-on IoT project
  2. TQL101 participants must be pre-qualified for admission
  3. TQL101C offers a compact curriculum of TQL101

See TQL101 Curriculum

TQL 987E

Through the TQL 987E Curriculum you will gain direct knowledge on the design architecting, and development of enterprise IoT solutions by interacting with actual sensors, devices, controllers, clouds and applications via TQL.

You will learn the following aspects of leading IoT initiatives:

  • IoT application design and architecture
  • IoT supervisory execution systems
  • Edge computing and edge analytics
  • IoT development lifecycles and teams
  • IoT simulation
  • Scalable IoT deployment

Even though this is a leadership class, the learnings of this class come from hands-on interaction.
